Kaleigh Ginnings

Director of Preschool and Children's Ministry at the Sheppard Campus

Kaleigh Ginnings has been part of the FBCWF family for nearly three years and joined the staff as Preschool & Kids Director at the Sheppard Campus in 2023. Her heart for children’s ministry started early, with a natural love for babysitting and helping care for little ones. After getting connected to FBCWF through The Bridge, Kaleigh began serving in preschool ministry thanks to the encouragement of Lexi Lyon. A Saturday with the Upward program and a meaningful conversation with Mrs. Carter helped confirm her calling to ministry—leading to her current role. Kaleigh graduated from Midwestern State University and is passionate about nurturing faith in young hearts. John 15 is an anchor passage in her life, reminding her daily to abide in Christ and stay rooted in the security of His presence. In March 2025, Kaleigh married her husband, Lee, and is now a proud stepmom to their four-year-old son, Theo. Outside of ministry, she loves spending time with family, cooking and baking, going for walks, reading, and cozying up at home. What she loves most about FBCWF is the vibrant, Christ-centered community and the deep, joyful sense of family shared among its people.
