The Prayer Ministry is responsible for receiving and disseminating the prayer needs and praises of our First Baptist Family and people everywhere. We are also the first point of contact for deaths or emergency hospitalizations--alerting our ministers for immediate response. If you ever have a need, our caring staff is available to assist you and pray with you.
Men of the church are invited to be part of this prayer partner ministry with our Pastor. Involvement includes monthly prayer time with the Pastor and once a month intercessory prayer time in the Upper Room during the AM Worship Service. Those involved in this ministry commit to pray in the Prayer Room for one hour each week. Hundreds of prayer requests come to the church through members, phone, and email.
