Dr. McCartney has served as a pastor of churches in Texas and Louisiana for nineteen years before arriving at First Baptist Church in 2008. Bob and Mary Anne have been married for 18 years and have a daughter: Kali (11 months). Dr. McCartney is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and has two graduate degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Lowell AddyMinister of Business Administration Lowell Addy is our Minister of Business Administration. Lowell has been on staff at First Baptist Church for the past 13 years. Lowell and Judy have been married for 32 years and have two grown children: Mason and Lucas. Lowell is a graduate of the University of South Alabama and has been certified as a Fellow in Church Business Administration.

Hixon and Margie have been married for 21 years and have three children: Sydney (16), Sarah-Clare (14), and Grayson (11). Hixon is a graduate of Texas Tech University and is pursuing a Masters degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Rod and Vicky have been married 33 years and have three children: Brandon, Sharon Dibiase, Beth (10), and 1 Grandchild. Rod is a graduate of East Central University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Chief and Dorcas have been married 59 years and have two children: Ben Chapman and Lisa Douglas and three grandchildren.
