Dr. Bob McCartneySenior PastorDr. Bob McCartney is our Senior Pastor. Dr. McCartney has served as a pastor of churches in Texas and Louisiana for nineteen years before arriving at First Baptist Church in 2008. Bob and Mary Anne have been married for 18 years and have a daughter: Kali (2). Dr. McCartney is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and has two graduate degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Lowell AddyMinister of Business Administration Lowell Addy is our Minister of Business Administration. Lowell has been on staff at First Baptist Church for the past 15 years. Lowell and Judy have been married for 32 years and have two grown children: Mason and Lucas. Lowell is a graduate of the University of South Alabama and has been certified as a Fellow in Church Business Administration.
Rod PayneMinister of Missions & Media Rod Payne is our Minister of Missions and Media. Rod has been on the staff at First Baptist Church for 23 years. Rod and Vicky have been married 35 years and have three children: Brandon, Sharon Dibiase, Beth (12), and 1 Grandchild. Rod is a graduate of East Central University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Mike and Sharon have been married for 41 years and have two daughters: Shelley Thames and Kelley Higgs and 5 grandchildren. Sherrie and Hank have been married for 31 years and have two children: James Ivey Carter and HannahLee Carter Duffey. Howard ChapmanMinister of Pastoral CareChief Chapman is our Minster of Pastoral Care. Chief has been on staff at First Baptist Church for 43 years. Chief and Dorcas have been married 59 years and have two children: Ben Chapman and Lisa Douglas and three grandchildren. Chief is a graduate of Baylor University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Denise has been on staff since April 2010 and previously served within the church in a different capacity for 12 years. Denise and Johnny have been married for 22 years and have two children: Ryan (19) and Chase (17). Denise attended West Texas State University and Midwestern State University.

Dean and Stasha have been married for 15 years and have two children: Nathan (11) and Lillian (7). Dean is a graduate of Belmont University and Middle Tennessee State University with Doctoral studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Brady SharpCollege MinisterBrady Sharp is our College Minister. He has been on staff since 2009. Brady and Melissa have been married for 3 years and have one son, Drake. Brady is a graduate of Midwestern State University and is currently enrolled at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Brandon SelfContemporary Worship LeaderBrandon Self is our Contemporary Worship Leader. A native of Wichita Falls, Brandon attended Holiday High School and was called to Music Ministry at the age of 18. Having been the leader of Epic Rescue, he has travelled around the country leading worship for various events. He and his wife, Natalie - also on the staff of First Baptist Church - have been married less than a year. Pursuing a degree at Southwestern Seminary, Brandon blesses our people each week with exciting worship and gives leadership to our student music ministry.
